Senior Executive

- 1 Year Contract (renewable)
- Jurong East / Ang Mo Kio
- 8:30am to 6pm, Mon - Fri
- Up to $6000

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for HR processes in the area of recruitment, selection & retention, payroll verification, employee relations and staff development
• Partner with hiring managers to review manpower requirements, job evaluation and salary benchmarking
• Support on-boarding for new employees and manage off-boarding employees
• Manage staff performance management cycle and administer staff contract renewal and conversion
• Prepare manpower reports and statistics
• Communicate on new initiatives, benefits or guidelines
