Senior Executive, Student Finance

Senior Executive will be responsible for supporting the financial processes for Pre-Employment Training students. This includes processing claims, disbursements of financial awards, budgeting, receipting and ensuring compliance with policies, guidelines and requirements from regulators and funding agencies.

• Facilitate and manage student finance-related matters and prepare relevant reports for stakeholders.
• Address enquiries from students and parents and follow up on any outstanding matters.
• Handle claims processing, disbursements and budget tracking of funds from funding agencies and reconcile records to resolve discrepancies.
• Perform financial reconciliation and participate in month-end and year-end closing activities.
