What You'll Do- Support Talent Initiatives: implement holistic leadership development strategies encompassing structured programmes, proactive succession planning, and evidence-based talent analytics to secure organisational leadership continuity.
- Facilitate Leadership Appointment: support senior leadership selection and appointment processes through close collaboration with HR teams across SingHealth institutions.
- Conduct Talent Reviews: facilitate talent review activities with key stakeholders and department heads.
