What you can expect
You independently and holistically lead national and international M&A projects – from origination through to closing.You autonomously manage the entire transaction process and are responsible for coordinating internal and external resources.You act as the central point of contact for executive management and relevant committees with regard to the transaction you oversee.You proactively collaborate with the operational managers involved in the M&A process and maintain active relationship management with owners of target companies as well as advisors.You comprehensively and independently organise, coordinate and execute due diligence processes.You prepare and validate business plans and financial models, conduct company valuations and analyse the impact of transactions on selected group KPIs.You take responsibility for negotiating all relevant transaction documents, efficiently lead the negotiation team...
