Opportunity Description
- Direct assigned facility personnel to assist in day-to-day operations and project completion.
- Supervising & monitoring systems including Electrical, HVAC, Clean room, LEV, FMCS, PCW, CDA, RODI, water supply, Fire Fighting and Building Maintenance.
- To undertake specific tasks / projects given by line manager pertaining to the facilities department.
- Perform routine inspections and ensure maintenance activities are being carried out properly to ensure the plant is being operated in a safe and cost-effective manner.
- Develop and upkeep predictive & preventive maintenance programs for facilities systems.
- Develop and upkeep operation & maintenance work instructions and checklists for facilities systems.
- Upkeep individual facilities systems design drawings and OEM manuals.
