Opportunity Description

Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct failure analysis for AC/DC, DC/DC and LLC power supplies, diagnose electrical failures and propose solutions.
  • Test power modules with oscilloscopes, multimeters and other tools, analyze the design issues or component failures on PCBA level.
  • Analyze test log, CPK data, BI log data, and report findings. Support pilot production, troubleshoot for production defects, provide repair guidelines and technical documentations.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to optimize designs, ensuring compliance with safety and EMC standards.
  • Prepare bilingual FA reports and present findings to clients or internal teams. Plan and improve failure analysis capability and capacity continuously, including training technicians.
  • Oversea travel per requested
