Senior Finance Associate: Ledger, Reporting & Compliance

1. To prepare daily sales and cash report;

2. To prepare weekly report on stock, sales and other reports as requested by Directors;

3. To ensure management account are properly and timely prepared;

4. To review management account including ledger, and analyse before tabling to the Directors based on stipulated due date;

5. To ensure accuracy of collection and stock for online platforms and showroom;

6. To ensure payment is made based on company policy;

7. To ensure proper supporting documents for all payment and are filed accordingly;

8. To ensure all regulatory documentations (HR and tax related payment) are accurate and payment are made timely;

9. To deal with auditors, tax agent, company secretary and other regulatory bodies in order to comply with regulatory requirements;

10. To ensure assets of company are safeguarded;

11. To perform any ad hoc task required by Directors.
