Job Description
- Strategic Finance Partnering: Collaborate with Procurement and Manufacturing leaders across 3 global manufacturing sites including Cebu to drive cost efficiency, financial performance, and informed decision‑making for sourcing, capital investments, and operational initiatives.
- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Lead comprehensive financial analysis-including manufacturing costs, procurement spend, PPV, and commodity trends-to explain variances and provide actionable insights across the supply chain.
- Process Excellence & Performance Management: Own and enhance core financial processes such as monthly reporting, forecasting, annual planning, and KPI/dashboard development, ensuring alignment across regions and functions.
