Senior Finance Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

controllership,

end-to-end bookkeeping, and overseeing financial operations of the

APAC region (India, Japan, Korea) . This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills to manage our financial team and drive financial excellence across the business unit.

Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of financial management, including

bookkeeping and reporting .
Manage the month-end, Quarter end year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
Develop and implement financial procedures and maintain internal controls.
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior management and stakeholders.
