**Responsibilities**

+ Preparation of German annual financial statements
+ in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB), including notes and fixed asset and provisions schedules
+ Determination of differences between local results and IFRS results, as well as equity
+ Monitoring of balance sheet accounts (account reconciliation, account maintenance, and clarification of variances)
