Duties & Responsibilities

1. Full accounting function, from data input to management reporting
2. Data Analysis
3. Support to Financial Manager
4. Analytical Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director
5. Daily Sub-Ledger Balancing
6. Daily Purchase Order Conversions
7. Processing & Review of All Journal Entries
8. Review of Creditors Reconciliations, payment packs, and ageing
9. Income Statement and Balance Sheet Analysis and Review
10. Preparation of the monthly Balance sheet reconciliations and resolving of queries
11. Prepare Manual Journals
12. BEE Reporting
13. Management Reporting Pack Preparation
14. Foreign Payments - Monitor Forex requirements & usage
15. Review & Sign off Cashbooks
16. Back Up to Cashbook Function
