Senior Financial Analyst – Finance Operations. The Senior Financial Analyst, Finance Operations supports Aviva Canada’s financial control environment by ensuring balance‑sheet reconciliation quality, identifying financial and operational risks, and strengthening internal controls across finance, risk and audit teams. Key Responsibilities

Review and test balance sheet reconciliations for accuracy and compliance. Assist in the implementation of internal control policies and procedures. Conduct regular reviews to assess internal control effectiveness. Hold walkthrough meetings with finance teams to document processes. Create narratives and flowcharts to map workflows and risk assessments. Identify financial and operational risk areas and report findings to management.
