Key Responsibilities
- Manage Food Safety & Quality throughout the company
- Conduct HIRA to identify any potential hazards that could affect the quality of the product.
- Assist in compilation & development of manuals, procedures & policies that will be included in the rolling out of Food Safety Program.
- Conduct internal and supplier FSMS audits.
- Conduct traceability exercise.
- Review of Customer/Supplier questionnaires.
- Verify all food safety documents and ensure conformance to specifications.
- Co-ordination & management of management reviews.
- Compilation of monthly reports.
- Monitoring of the FSMS documentation database.
- Distributing new versions to related depts., removing obsolete documents & updating distribution lists.
