Senior Food Technologist

Your New Role

Reporting directly to the Group R&D Manager, you will lead process development trials, scale up R&D concepts, and drive manufacturing performance. This role offers a dynamic split between the office and production floor where you will translate technical food science into practical manufacturing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for equipment and packaging validation.
• Manage recipe builds within our unique, custom in-house database and maintain accurate recipe data and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Partner closely with the operational teams to review yield and waste data, actively optimizing costs, capacity, and line efficiency.
• Create, update, and maintain post-launch visual guides, work instructions, and SOPs to ensure repeatable execution of implemented process.
