Senior Formula developer

Role Purpose

In this role, you will lead and manage formula development projects (Reformulation, Re‑Innovation, Innovation of skin care formulas). You will create and develop luxury formulations at a lab scale and ensure stability of the product as well as the handover for up‑skilling from lab to production scale on time, in full, and in quality.

How You Will Create a Beautiful Impact

• Know La Prairie luxury key competitors and their textures and propose pro‑actively new technology / new luxury textures for future La Prairie formulations with focus on Skin Care.
• Have a very good understanding of the cosmetic ingredients required to develop luxury skin care products.
• Create and develop formula prototypes in the lab with a focus on luxury texture.
• Ensure necessary tests (e.g. stability, compatibility, microbiology, efficacy, stress tests, hand‑over).
