About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Genesys Cloud Engineer with strong hands-on experience designing Architect flows and building API-based integrations.

This is a technical role focused on routing logic, automation, and real-time integrations within a modern cloud contact center platform. You will work closely with Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable and high-performance customer experience solutions.
