Opportunity Description
A leading Engineering Firm based in Cape Town is looking for a Senior Geometric Design Engineer to join their team!
Key requirements:
- BEng or BTech qualification
- Professional registration with ECSA - PR Eng/PrTech Eng
- Competent with Civil Designer, Civil3D and AutoCAD would be advantageous
- Competent with Rubicon, cncPave and/or similar pavement design packages
- 5 years in Roads Design experience
- Pavement Design Experience
- Experience with COLTO, COTO & general conditions of contract would be advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
- Design of roads and road pavement projects
- Compilation, or assist in the compilation of pavement design reports
- Compilation, or assist in the compilation of technical pavement specifications and BoQ’s for project documents
