Main Purpose of the Role
Perform financial audits of Abbott Laboratories’ global businesses over the course of an 18-24 month rotation in Corporate Audit.
Main Responsibilities
Utilize skills and knowledge acquired from 3-6 years of public accounting experience to assess the accuracy of financial statements, adequacy of internal controls, compliance with corporate policies and local requirements, and identify business process improvements. Successfully complete audits from planning to fieldwork to report issuance to wrap up from both functional and administrative perspective.Document all audit work performed in a clear, purposeful, and timely manner.Work with translation resources from external audit firms and ensure appropriate on-site coaching, guidance, and deliverables.Partner with auditors and management from various Corporate Audit offices to ensure functional (Finance/ IT/ Compliance) alignment and j...
