As a senior technical leader, you will serve as a design lead and client-facing engineer of record on Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) and Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) projects, guiding multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, and construction support for major highway and roadway initiatives.
