We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner who combines strong tactical HR execution with emerging strategic business acumen. The ideal candidate brings at least six years of hands-on HR experience (employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, HRIS, personnel law) and is ready to collaborate with leaders to advance people strategy, workforce planning, engagement, and performance initiatives at the site level.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR partner to assigned business leaders, translating business priorities into people strategies and operational plans.
- Deliver day-to-day HR operations including employee relations case management, coaching managers, policy interpretation, and compliance.
