Opportunity Description
As a Senior HR Manager , you will be the strategic architect of our people operations, directly reporting to the HR and Admin Director and the Chief Operating Officer. This role bridges the gap between executive leadership and departmental execution, specifically driving excellence in talent acquisition, organizational development, and employee experience. Manage the different HR teams to deliver the high impact programs and strategies.
In close coordination with all Department Heads, this position is aimed at timely talent provision and development.
