Senior HR Manager (Málaga)

To fuel our next leap, we are looking for a Senior HR Manager to join our hub in Málaga . You will be a strategic partner to leadership and the architect of our core processes, from compliance and payroll oversight to talent development and engagement.

Tasks

This is a high-impact role combining hands-on operational excellence with strategic ownership:

• Lead HR Operations: Design and lead the entire employee lifecycle—onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and everything in between.
• Global Payroll Ownership: Partner with Finance and local providers to ensure seamless, accurate payroll across our international locations (Spain, Germany, Denmark, Netherlands, and the US).
• Talent Acquisition: Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and act as a strategic partner to hiring managers to secure top-tier talent.
