Management Systems (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001)

• Audit Management: Lead and coordinate annual ISO internal and external audits for HcP; manage audit life-cycles from planning to closing findings.  
• System Governance: Develop and maintain core EHS documentation, including objectives, policies, and risk & opportunity assessments (HIRA/Aspect-Impact) to ensure system integrity.  
• Corrective Actions: Drive the resolution of audit non-conformities by collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).  
• Management Review: Facilitate annual EHS Management Reviews with leadership teams to evaluate system performance and drive strategic decision-making.
