Senior HSE Lead for Upstream Oil and Gas Projects

Elsa Talent Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is looking for an HSE Lead in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to oversee all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) activities during project execution. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related fields with minimum 10–15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.

This role requires a strong understanding of Malaysian HSE regulations, leadership capabilities, and effective stakeholder management skills. Relevant HSE certifications will be advantageous.
