Senior Human Resources Advisor

About the role
As Senior HR Advisor, you will partner closely with project leadership to establish the workforce, systems and culture from the ground up. You will be embedded in the project, providing practical, on-the-ground HR support across the full employee lifecycle.

This role will support the early phase of a major new project, offering a rare opportunity to be involved from mobilisation through to delivery.

Location considerations
This role will commence in our Richmond Head Office, before transitioning to a site-based role in Yarrambat (Melbourne’s North-East) as the project moves into delivery.

Regular on-site presence will be required once mobilised.
