Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Southbridge Health Care LP owns and operates several long-term care and retirement Homes throughout many urban and rural areas of Ontario. We are currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner . Reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources, the Senior HRBP plays a critical role in providing strategic HR leadership and guidance to our leaders across our LTC and Retirement homes.

This role partners with organizational leaders to align people strategies with business goals, ensuring high-quality HR service delivery across all areas of talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. By guiding and supporting a team of HR Business Partners, the Senior HRBP drives initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
