Position Summary

The Senior Human Resource Generalist plays a key role in managing and executing core human resources functions across the organization. This role is responsible for employee lifecycle management, HR operations, policy implementation, and providing strategic HR support to leadership and employees.

As an HR advocate, you will serve as a primary point of contact for employees and management, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and a positive employee experience.
