Senior Hydrogeologist

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to and lead business development activities, including proposals, pre‑qualifications, and relationship building with clients and prospective clients.
• Assist in analyzing current and emerging technical issues, and implementing actions to proactively address market, business, regulatory, and/or economic issues.
• Identify new business opportunities and support the technical component of business development materials.
• Plan and conduct assignments/projects of broad scope, coordinating difficult tasks and achieving independent accomplishment.
• Provide supervision, training, technical direction, and mentoring to intermediate and junior level staff.
• Apply technical and business knowledge and methods to develop creative, effective, and economical solutions to address current and potential project issues.
