Duties & Responsibilities

• Management of Distribution and Production Lines
• Process and System design and implementation
• Continuous improvement of processes and systems
• Process and System failure root-cause analysis
• Develop and maintain a trustworthy relationship with customers and Clients Operations

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications:

• BEng Industrial / Mechanical Degree

Skills and Experience Required:

• At least 5 to 10 years’ post-grad working experience as an Engineer
• Project Management in a Warehouse environment
• Warehouse Design
• Facility layout planning
• Standard work instructions/Standard operating procedures
• Management of operator training
• Creation and application of KPIs
• Warehouse Management System Master Data
