Senior IS Support Analyst: Troubleshoot & Improve IT Services

GLORY is seeking an IS Senior Support Analyst in Mexico to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues across various platforms. You will handle incident management, software licensing and provide technical support.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of IS support experience, be bilingual in Spanish and English, and have an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. The position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
