Essential Functions

• Investigate incident tickets, problems, and change requests;
• Recommend business best practices, propose value-added solutions through contextual analysis, and advise internal clients on selecting appropriate solutions;
• Gather business, functional, and non-functional requirements and propose suitable solutions;
• Participate in planning and effort estimation for activities and deliverables;
• Actively contribute to workshops for solution design;
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and document development/configuration specifications;
• Configure the system for the requested modules: OM (Organizational Management), PA (Personnel Administration), TM (Time Management – TIMEEVAL, including schema), and PY (Payroll – Gross, in...
