How you will make an impact

As IT Delivery Lead, you will play a key role in managing Arla’s infrastructure landscape – both in the cloud and on-prem. You’ll work closely with vendors, internal stakeholders, and CloudOps engineers to ensure high-quality service delivery, compliance, and continuous improvement. Furthermore, your key responsibilities include:

Evaluate new infrastructure requests to ensure requirements are met before implementation.

Set the direction for the team and manage the backlog of project items to be delivered in accordance with Arla’s strategy for your given area.

Oversee vendor and CloudOps performance for both on-prem and cloud environments, ensuring delivery according to contracts and expectations.

Act as a subject matter expert for cloud and on-prem services, ensuring alignment with Arla’s IT principles.

Review and assess monthly support costs from data center vendors.
