Lead and execute commercial sourcing solutions for Information & Digital Technology (software, hardware, services), delivering value, reducing risk, and enabling business and supplier strategies. Manage complex, high-risk, high-spend, business-critical IT sourcing initiatives with multiple stakeholders and regulatory considerations.

Sourcing & Commercial Delivery

Own end-to-end sourcing lifecycle (planning → contract handover) Lead RFx processes, market analysis, supplier selection, and negotiations Deliver optimal commercial, financial, and contractual outcomes Implement category strategies and drive cost savings and efficiencies Partner with Absa and internal teams to leverage scale and synergies Lead Cross Functional Sourcing Teams (CFSTs) Engage senior stakeholders, BU Heads, Executives, and suppliers Act as SME across source-to-contract lifecycle Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
