Senior Lead - Computational Designer

Overview

In short We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Senior Lead of Computational Design to drive the future of digitally powered product creation. In this role, you will combine deep expertise in computational design with a strategic mindset to lead, position and inspire a team of experts. You’ll work closely with the Innovation and Footwear Design teams to build new digital generative capabilities, streamline design processes, and contribute to the development of On’s most cutting-edge products and technologies.

Your mission

• Build and grow a team of computational design experts, ensuring close collaboration with designers and cross-functional partners to deliver outstanding work - from early explorations and conceptual design all the way to production-ready 3D datasets.
