Senior Lead Engineer

Responsible for designing and developing Powertrain Module (including Accelerator Pedal, Electric Drive System, Driveline, Thermal Management System, Control System - VCU calibration) Shape the development strategy (roadmap, architecture, design) to meet Vehicle program requirements (Timing, Price, Cost, Features, Performance, Efficiency…). Carry out market research, competitive benchmark and technology intelligence to define and propose competitive and optimal solutions to Vehicle program Plan and coordinate develop ment activities from system, sub-system to component-level, in collaboration with ESP and VF Engineering teams. Manage and approve technical deliverables (SOR,SPB,DFMEA,DVP, Test reports), drawings, BOM releases and Engineering change/Deviation request. Drive integration, verification, validation activities. Lead relevant working group to resolve issues encountered. Monitor development progress, review status, quality and assess risks at each project milestone
