: The People, Capability and Culture Branch is seeking a learning and development professional to assist with developing and managing learning resources and programs to enhance the capability and performance of the Community Services Directorate.

The successful applicant will be required to contribute to the delivery, promotion, and evaluation of CSD training courses including liaising with internal stakeholders and external providers.

They will have responsibility for assisting with the development and procurement of face-to-face/virtual learning activities, including co-delivery of monthly new starter information sessions, and will also contribute to various capability-building projects, including eLearn and other online content creation.
