Job Responsibilities
- Conduct Training Needs Assessment and analyse the findings.
- Conduct research, comparative analysis, and costing related to training and performance management subjects.
- Organise and coordinate in-house training programs based on the Annual Training Plan.
- Process training requisition, including registration, issuing training memos, HRDF claims, payment processing, and post-training evaluation.
- Ensure full compliance with HRDC guidelines and regulations in training documents submission and claims processing.
- Maintain accurate records of all training activities in the Master Training Report and Individual Training Report.
- Arrange logistics for training, such as venue & layout plan, refreshments, facilities, and materials.
