We're currently seeking a Senior Lease Administrator to join Brandbank. Supporting the General Manager - Property, this role plays a key part in managing the property portfolio.

You'll ensure lease data integrity, support leasing transactions, and help drive effective portfolio management across a dynamic and growing retail environment.
 
Please note: this is a fixed term contract of 12 months
 
THE ROLE:

• Support the management of the Group's property portfolio including new leases, renewals, assignments and terminations
• Review lease offers and documentation, ensuring alignment with agreed commercial terms
