Senior Legal & Compliance Leader – Securities & AML

CapitaLand Malaysia REIT Management Sdn Bhd is looking for a qualified legal expert to ensure compliance with securities laws and regulations concerning real estate operations. The role includes drafting contracts, advising on legal matters, and managing compliance for both REIT and non-REIT entities in Malaysia.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in law and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required, along with strong communication and analytical skills.
