As a Legal team member, you will work across BCG teams and functions to support our business strategy, provide counsel and expertise, drive legal innovation, and leverage the power of new ways of working.

As Senior Legal Counsel – Employment for Iberia & South America (ISA), you will be a core member of the Employment Centre of Expertise (COE) within BCG’s Global Legal Team, serving as the lead employment law advisor and first point of contact for BCG’s offices across ISA.
