Senior Legal Counsel - Strategic M&A & Corporate Leadership

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an experienced legal professional to provide strategic legal leadership and guidance. You will oversee corporate, commercial and contentious matters while managing complex transactions.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and has 10–12 years of relevant PQE, preferably as in-house counsel within a public listed company. This position offers significant influence within the organization.
