Requirements
- Hands‑on experience with CargoWise (DocBuilder, Forwarding, Warehouse modules preferred).
- Understanding of freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
- Be comfortable working with software version differences and ambiguous technical information.
- Customer‑facing communication skills with the ability to explain technical steps clearly and manage uncertainty professionally.
