A leading Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Senior M&E Cost Planner to support the delivery of major construction projects across the North West on a freelance basis. Project values range from £50m - £250m so experience on these values is required.

The Role
The successful candidate will play a key role within the commercial and pre-construction team, taking responsibility for both M&E estimating activities and the management of NEC contract compensation events across major schemes.
