Tridonic is the Zumtobel Group’s electronics manufacturer, at the forefront of the electronics industry. We are seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician at our site in Spennymoor to repair, adjust and maintain production equipment, machinery or instruments to ensure that it functions reliably and complies within process specifications.

We are looking for a future leader with a progression plan to move up in our structure in the coming years.

Main accountabilities include:

Manage the maintenance PM system. Ensure PM’s are followed and ensure team follows PM.

Proactively lead 2 projects a year on predictive maintenance activities to reduce Downtime.

Provide all the departments Technician’s with instructions and direction to help them achieve a specific goal.
