Senior Manager Business Analysis (Toronto)

Candidate Requirements / Must Have Skills

• 8+ years of progressive experience in strategic business analysis, program management, and transformation leadership
• 5+ years of experience with enterprise-level initiatives, regulatory programs, and operational excellence
• Deep knowledge of Wealth Management and/ or Asset Management businesses, with a strong preference for candidates who have hands‑on operational experience in these domains
• Expertise in Business Analysis, Portfolio/Program/Project Management, Agile methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, negotiate complex decisions, and lead through ambiguity

Nice‑To‑Have Skills

• MBA considered an asset
• PMP, CBAP, and PMI‑PBA
• Experience working on off‑shore initiatives
• Bilingual in Spanish
