Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sector-wide C&B reviews and projects independently.
• Manage end-to-end C&B initiatives, including design, financial modelling, simulations, communication and change management.
• Drive harmonisation of salary structures, bonus frameworks, and employment terms across institutions.
• Support alignment with public healthcare directives and senior management strategies.
• Collaborate closely with institution HR teams to review policy changes or deviation requests.
• Develop compensation proposals and analytical insights to inform decision-making.
• Conduct market benchmarking and analyse compensation trends and legislative updates.
