Senior Manager, Contract Management

The Contract Management Senior Manager is a key member of the Universal Products & Experiences (UP&E) team, responsible for overseeing a team of Contract Managers and Coordinators, and overseeing the contract lifecycle across specific territories and/or product categories. This role reports to the Vice President – Contract Management, Clearances & GAM.

The Contract Management team works across functions and shepherds deals from the pitch phase all the way through final execution and payment. The team works closely with Category, Finance, Legal, Controllership and IT to streamline the deal process and assist where necessary to maintain an efficient deal workflow, from start to finish.  The ideal candidate is a proactive,  detail-oriented problem-solver with some team management experience, who takes ownership of projects, has some contract and/or licensing experience, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<...
