Senior Manager - Contracts, Insurance, ROW & Risk Management (Chinese Speaking)

Job Purpose

To Lead and Manage all Commercial, Contract Administration, Cost Control, Risk, and Insurance.

Duties and Responsibilities

Pre Contracts Management

1. Review of tender packages to contractors, suppliers and consultants for completeness and correct order.
2. Monitor the tender process and ensure all queries are answered timely to all bidders and submissions follow correct protocols.
3. Maintain a record log of all documents.
4. Advise on the most appropriate contract type for the given works to be undertaken, EPC, Supply Contract, Agreements, etc..
5. Lead negotiations with Contractors, Suppliers, Consultants, coordinating with ETS Technical Team and with our internal and external Legal Counsel to finalize contract document terms and conditions and all documents are correctly formatted and referenced ready for top mana...
