Senior Manager - Core Operations

This role leads Core Operations (CoreOps) in LATAM, owning the operational performance and resilience of three core areas: Payments, Non-Payments, and Enablement.

The CoreOps Leader is accountable for ensuring that critical operational processes function reliably, efficiently, and at scale. This includes the end‑to‑end transaction lifecycle, non‑transactional products that complement the core payments offering, and the onboarding and risk processes that enable sustainable growth.

This is a leadership role, not an execution role. The primary responsibility is to set direction, establish clear ownership, and enable teams to perform, ensuring operational stability while supporting the company’s long‑term growth and profitability.
