Oversight of the Bank’s prudential documents, including the ICAAP, ILAAP, Recovery & Resolution Plans, Solvent Exit Analysis Oversight of the Bank’s Financial regulatory reporting, and related processes and controls Review and challenge of the Bank’s Primary risks and related secondary risks relating to Strategy (including capital and profitability), Reputation, Market and Liquidity risks In addition, the role holder will be a key point of liaison with Group across these subject areas and will deputise for the Head of Enterprise, Financial & Operational Risk on financial and enterprise risk matters Role Requirements
